Ball Class: We'll be working toward strengthening and conditioning core muscles using our large and small exercise balls designed to be done seated on the ball and laying on the floor. (Limit 8)

Basic Training (BT): A chance to learn, ask questions and use the strength training and conditioning room with individual instruction.

Better Balance: Learn and practice skills to improve balance which helps to prevent falls.

FallProof!: Classes taught by certified instructors, with degrees in physical therapy, kinesiology, and exercise sciences. Classes offered on land and in our pool to better meet the needs of clients with painful arthritic conditions. Brochure available.

Open Hours (OH): An opportunity to utilize the equipment using your own format.

Power Hour +: Strength building for muscles and bones. Learn to use strength training equipment specifically designed for all ability levels. Increase metabolism and energy level. Power Hour + will include free weights, balance, balls, sand weights & more.

Yoga: Easy Does It Yoga is a modified approach for all levels of ability promoting increased range of motion and relaxation. Proper breathing techniques are learned to enhance stress reduction. (Level 1-beginning to intermediate, Level 2-intermediate to advanced.)

Functional Fitness Profile: 6 basic tests to give you a baseline of your strength and flexibility. $25.00 charge. Free to full members. Ask for details at the reception desk.
